Prior to joining Wolf Popper, Josh spent six years practicing commercial, securities, and intellectual property litigation at Proskauer Rose LLP.  Josh also participated in a six month public interest externship with the Corporation Counsel of the City of New York, first chairing more than fifteen jury trials in New York Supreme Court, Bronx County.
 
Josh is a member of the Federal Bar Council, the National Association of Public Pension Attorneys (NAPPA), and the National Conference on Public Employee Retirement Systems (NCPERS). Josh also serves as Co-Chair of Jazz at Lincoln Center (JALC)’s Rhythm Club, the young members group at JALC that connects jazz enthusiasts with emerging musicians and New York City’s dynamic jazz scene.

Josh is a frequent speaker at institutional investor forums on the topics of securities and shareholder litigation, securities fraud, and fiduciary duties.
