On May 24, 2023, Magistrate Judge André M. Espinosa of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey issued a Final Order and Judgement and granted final approval to the $32 million settlement of the Conduent securities litigation on behalf of a Class consisting of all Persons who purchased Conduent common stock on the open market on a United States stock exchange from February 21, 2018 through November 6, 2018, both dates inclusive, and who were damaged thereby.  The deadline to submit a claim form for the settlement was May 19, 2023.
