The firm’s launch of its new San Francisco office will support the firm's growing litigation practice throughout the state and enhance the firm's ability to serve clients nationwide. Located in the heart of San Francisco's Financial District, the new office is available for scheduled appointments and consultations and enhances the firm's ability to serve clients and pursue litigation throughout the Bay Area, one of the world's leading centers for technology and innovation. The location will support Wolf Popper's work in matters throughout California involving consumer fraud, healthcare and medical billing disputes, securities litigation, privacy violations, and claims involving fintech products and companies.
The California practice is led by partner Philip M. Black, a California attorney who has represented consumers, investors, and institutional clients in state and federal courts throughout the country. "We have seen significant growth in matters involving California clients and companies in recent years, particularly in consumer protection, healthcare, privacy, fintech, and securities litigation," said Phil.
