On Tuesday, September 19th, Of Counsel, Adam Savett will be a panelist alongside Mario Alba of RGRD and Brittney Balser of BLBG. on "Lessons Learned from the Banking Crisis: A Look Back and Forward at the Six Month Mark."
The session will focus on the Banking Crisis of 2023 and highlight some of the hidden and systemic risks that the banking sector held, resulting in devastating losses to shareholders and litigation spanning multiple continents.
This panel will examine the cases that have been filed to date and will use our crystal balls to project what the next six months will look like as investors continue to grapple with dramatic losses. The session will place an emphasis on trying to help trustees understand what went wrong and any ways to avoid or limit losses in the future and tips to recover losses when they are unavoidable.
