Her practice spans antitrust, securities, intellectual property, commercial litigation, and insurance defense, supported by a deep technical command of modern discovery tools and workflows.
Nidhi has served in discovery and litigation roles at global law firms and leading legal-technology providers, where she has overseen multilingual document reviews, advised on defensible search-term strategies, and designed end-to-end review workflows for large, data-intensive matters. She is highly proficient in Relativity, Ringtail, and advanced analytics platforms, and is known for her ability to navigate financial, scientific, regulatory, and industry-specific documents with speed and precision. Her background includes Second Requests, privilege and responsiveness reviews, quality control oversight, and the management of cross-border datasets.

Her early career in India involved practicing before the Bombay High Court, drafting pleadings and transactional documents, and managing complex corporate and testamentary matters.
