Doug Borths

With over 20 years of experience working with institutional and private wealth investors, Doug Borths is the Director of Client Services and Marketing for Wolf Popper LLP. Doug is responsible for client outreach and business development initiatives for Wolf Popper LLP among consumers, retail investors, public pensions, Taft-Hartley funds, and other institutional investors. He also oversees all marketing initiatives and presentations for the firm, providing clients with essential information pertaining to potential risk management solutions and claims that may support their asset protection strategies.
 
Prior to joining Wolf Popper LLP, Doug worked for another plaintiff side class action firm from 2020 to 2022, and from 2006 to 2020 he was the Head of Production and Senior Vice President for Opal Group working in the conference industry producing high-caliber networking and educational events for both institutional and private wealth investors. Doug developed and implemented many of the now-standard best practices for the conference industry and organized cutting edge thought leadership events around the world for over a decade.
 
Doug also serves as an advisory board member for several private family office groups, numerous national, state and local pension fund associations, and 501(c)(3) charitable organizations around the USA including the National Public Pension Fund Association (NPPFA). He has also served as a trustee for several 501(c)(3) charities that support the men and women who have served in the US Armed Forces, law enforcement, and as first responders, together with their families. As a classically trained singer, Doug has also performed the US National Anthem during opening ceremonies at many pension fund association events.
 
Doug is a classically trained singer and received his Bachelor’s degree  from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, IA in 2006.
