Kevin Gartland is a staff attorney at Wolf Popper with experience working for government, nonprofit legal services, and private-sector law firms in the field of consumer protection. Prior to joining Wolf Popper, Kevin was an associate attorney at a New York City FDCPA plaintiffs’ firm handling discovery, legal research & writing, and factual investigation; a consumer protection staff attorney providing advice and representation at a low-income legal services organization in Paterson, New Jersey; and a law clerk with the Maryland Office of the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division in Baltimore, Maryland, working on several complex consumer fraud investigations involving a variety of products and services.
