Wolf Popper Partner Chet Waldman Speaks on Panel Regarding The Consequences of Failed Compliance at the NYC Bar Association

 

On December 4, 2019, Wolf Popper LLP partner – Chet Waldman – spoke on a Panel on “The Consequences of Failed Compliance Programs for Latin American Companies: Lessons Learned from Operation Car Wash and Other Tales” at the New York City Bar Association.  The Panel was co-hosted by the Bar Association’s Committees on Inter-American Affairs and Compliance, and sponsored by the Columbia Law School Brazilian Association.  The other panelists included Ted Helms, the Executive Director, Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce, Inc.; Judge Fabiola Haselof, Federative Republic of Brazil, Federal Court of Appeals for the Second Region; Paula Anderson, Shearman & Sterling; A.J.
