Wolf Popper LLP Launches New Antitrust Litigation Practice

Firm News | 09/09/26

Wolf Popper LLP is expanding its Antitrust Litigation practice as the firm takes on an increasing number of matters involving alleged anticompetitive conduct and economic harm. To highlight this growing area of the firm's work, Wolf Popper has launched a new Antitrust Litigation practice page on our website.

The new page provides an overview of the firm's Antitrust Litigation practice and the types of matters Wolf Popper handles on behalf of businesses, consumers, institutional investors, municipalities, public entities, and other purchasers harmed by anticompetitive conduct.

Wolf Popper's antitrust practice focuses on matters involving price-fixing, bid-rigging, market allocation, monopolization, unlawful supply restrictions, and other conduct that may restrict competition or cause financial harm. When appropriate, the firm pursues class actions and other representative litigation on behalf of those harmed by anticompetitive practices.

The firm is currently involved in antitrust litigation concerning alleged anticompetitive conduct affecting both public entities and consumers. Wolf Popper represents the City of Raleigh, North Carolina, in the Fire Truck Antitrust Litigation, which involves allegations of anticompetitive conduct by major fire truck manufacturers and their trade association. The firm is also involved in the Egg Price-Fixing Antitrust Litigation, which concerns allegations that major egg producers coordinated to increase prices of conventional shell eggs.

Wolf Popper draws on its longstanding experience handling complex litigation and class actions to evaluate potential antitrust claims and develop litigation strategies tailored to each matter.
