Wolf Popper LLP has been named
Best International Securities Litigation Firm – USA in the
Investment Excellence Awards 2026, presented by
Wealth & Finance International.
Now in its second year, the Investment Excellence Awards recognize organizations and professionals across the global investment industry for their performance, innovation, impact, and commitment to excellence.
The 2026 recognition reflects Wolf Popper’s continued work representing shareholders and institutional investors in complex securities matters. For more than 60 years, the firm has pursued claims involving alleged securities fraud, financial misstatements, regulatory violations, and other conduct that can harm investors.
Wolf Popper represents more than 80 institutional investors, including public pension funds, investment managers, Taft-Hartley and multi-employer plans, insurance companies, and sovereign and international institutions. The firm has also been repeatedly appointed by courts to serve as Lead or Co-Lead Counsel in federal securities class actions and other complex proceedings.
The firm’s securities litigation practice has achieved a demonstrated record of results. When Wolf Popper served as appointed Lead Counsel, only 8% of its cases were dismissed, compared with a 46% national dismissal rate. The firm’s average settlement value was $43 million, approximately 35% higher than the U.S. average when excluding outliers.
Wolf Popper’s securities litigation practice continues to address a wide range of issues affecting investors, including accounting fraud and financial restatements, misleading financial guidance, undisclosed risks and adverse events, market manipulation, and matters involving emerging areas of the capital markets.
