On Friday, November 19, 2021, Judge George C. Hanks, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas orally granted final approval of the proposed class action settlement (detailed below,) in its entirety, certifying the Settlement Class, and confirming the Court’s November 2, 2021 Order Granting Plaintiffs’ Unopposed Motion for Award of Attorneys’ Fees and Reimbursement of Expenses, and Service Awards to Representative Plaintiffs.
