Court Approves Distribution of Net Settlement Fund In Quest Software Options Backdating Securities Fraud Class Action

The Court has granted authorization to distribute the Net Settlement Fund to Authorized Claimants in accordance with the previously approved Plan of Allocation. Distribution checks were mailed in August 2012.
