Sean Zaroogian's experience demonstrates his strong commitment to uncovering frauds and recovering damages for those that have been injured by them.

Sean is an associate at Wolf Popper, where he advises and represents clients in litigation involving securities law, shareholder rights, consumer protection, healthcare law, antitrust, and complex commercial disputes.  Sean has represented clients in the following cases:

Sean graduated from Northeastern University School of Law and the State University of New York at Geneseo.  He was a judicial intern to Judge Robert B. Collings in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and a legal intern in the Consumer Frauds Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s Office and the District of Columbia’s Securities Bureau.

Mr. Zaroogian is a member of the New York City Bar Association.
