Madison has been able to put her strong educational background to great use as a judicial intern in the United States District Court, as well as at the Litigation Bureau of the NYS Office of the Attorney General, and she looks forward to further protecting the rights of investors and consumers in private practice.



Madison Forsander is a graduate of Albany Law School and Eastern Connecticut State University. During law school, she served as the Executive Managing Editor of the Albany Law Review. Ms. Forsander gained a variety of professional experience as an intern in Judge Alfred V. Covello’s chambers at the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the New York State Office of the Attorney General Litigation Bureau, and the Office of General Counsel at Tapestry, Inc. Prior to attending law school she worked as a Temporary Paralegal in the Tolland Superior Court Clerk’s Office and throughout law school she worked as a Research Assistant to Professor Melissa Breger.
