In In re Anicom Sec. Litig., Case No. 00-C-4391 (JWD)(N.D. Ill.), Wolf Popper was retained as Special Advisory Counsel to the State of Wisconsin Investment Board. Wolf Popper was instrumental in drafting the Consolidated Complaint that was subsequently sustained by the Northern District of Illinois over defendants’ motion to dismiss.
