Les Levy has over 15 years of experience as a corporate and transactional attorney. He received his J.D. from Michigan State University School of Law and his M.B.A. from Columbia University. Mr. Levy has focused on corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, minority equity investments, corporate reorganizations and strategic transactions. Mr. Levy advises on whether such transactional activities comply with international, federal and state securities and takeover laws, as well as with accounting principles and standards. He also advises on domestic and international legal and regulatory matters, including merger law, antitrust, foreign investment, strategic transactions and privacy matters.

Mr. Levy is admitted to the State bars of New York and New Jersey, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District Court for New Jersey.
