Robert Plosky is an associate at Wolf Popper LLP. Since joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Plosky has focused on litigating securities class actions arising out of the recent financial crisis, including representing institutional and other investors who purchased securities offered by IndyMac Bank, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Lehman Brothers Holdings, and Countrywide Financial Corporation.
Mr. Plosky received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and earned a B.A. in economics from Tufts University. Prior to joining Wolf Popper, Mr. Plosky served as a law clerk to the Senior Judges of the District of Columbia Superior Court. During law school, as a court-certified student attorney in the Federal, Criminal, and Appellate Clinic, Mr. Plosky successfully argued a client’s appeal of a felony drug conviction and received a favorable opinion from the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
